THE TASK

A refreshed brand and website for Australia’s 8th unicorn.
To keep up with Employment Hero's rapid growth, it's brand and website needed a refresh. This was a complex project of 50+ pages across 5 international websites with a 3 month timeline.
THE DETAIL

I spearheaded the website, product illustrations, and motion graphics, working on the look and feel of the images, designing and building the pages, as well as managing timelines and freelance designers.

Home Page

Three months to refresh.

This was a quick turnaround project that needed to be launched 3 months from inception. This meant we needed to use the existing website builder, and work around the limited layouts it provided. However, it needed to look fresh and different from the existing website.

Product Page Example

Reimagined outside, same inside

The first step was reimagining what we can display in the same content blocks. By tweaking these slightly (e.g. full screen UI with rounded corners vs stock imagery with sharp corners), it introduced a new look without need for external web development.

A new suite of 50+ product illustrations and 20+ animations

Employment Hero already had a strong reputation for its market-leading software, so we just recreated it to use as visuals for the website and all marketing materials. The bright pops of purple, along with the clean, sleek interface complement the website copy very well.

To increase engagement, animated versions were added depicting all major product functionality.
