THE TASK

SmartMatch by Employment Hero seeks to remove the all-too-familiar friction in the hiring process. Instead of wading through CVs and getting unsuitable candidates, it proactively seeks out potential employees before the user even knows they need one.

THE CHALLENGE

Presenting groundbreaking technology is always a challenge - especially if no one has done it before. I mixed delightful motion graphics with easy-to-understand visuals to guide the viewer and help them understand how this will benefit their business.
